The bread turns out very tasty and I can say that is useful... My husband does not like zucchini, but here he felt... And I'm glad I fed him bread with vitamins...

Zucchini grate on a coarse grater.
Put in a colander, add salt and leave for 20 minutes to drain juice.
In a bowl, combine the flour, yeast, and salt. Pepper.
Little by little add the warm water to form soft dough. The amount of water depends on the humidity of zucchini to start, add it to about three tablespoons.
Knead 5-10 minutes until dough becomes elastic.
Put in bowl, lightly coat the dough with the vegetable oil. Cover with plastic wrap.
Put in a warm place for the approach and increase in 2 times. It's hot now, you can just leave it on the table or on the windowsill... And when cool, I put in the oven, and down a bowl of boiling water and close the door. Formed a greenhouse effect (decided to photograph this moment, because some, in past times, it was not clear).
Divide the dough into 2 parts. One big and the second smaller (2 times less than the first)...
