The day before yesterday was the cake "angel Food", and today I want to share the recipe of the cake "devil's Food". This is a complete contrast and a real find for chocolate lovers (I am too). For its preparation does not need eggs, butter, mixer. It's very simple and fast, and the result is simply stunning. Tender, juicy, flavorful, and most importantly - chocolate-chocolate! You can lubricate it with any cream, but I like it with dark chocolate ganache, which is a bit whipped after cooling, and the cream becomes light and airy.

Cooking
Mix in a bowl all the dry ingredients, be sure to sift them through a sieve. Stir with a whisk.
Separately, mix water, coffee, oil and vinegar. Add to dry ingredients. All quickly stir. Add the liqueur and vanilla.
Pour the batter into the pan diameter 16-18 see the Form of pre-greased with butter or oil. The bottom of a covered baking paper. The form with the dough, gently tap the table, so that the dough is evenly spread. Bake at 175 degrees for about 40-45 minutes. Make sure to check toothpick should come out clean, but not overdry it.
For the ganache, bring the cream to a boil, remove from heat, put into them pieces of chocolate. Preferably good! Leave for 5 seconds and then stir.
Until the mixture is smooth and shiny. Put in refrigerator until cool. Optionally, you can add to the ganache the rum or brandy.
Ready cake cool down well. Optionally, you can cut across into two parts. Lightly beat the ganache with a mixer, so it will be airy. Cover them a cake. Decorate according to your taste. Can the ganache to cool in the fridge while still warm and liquid to cover the cake. Do as You like. Very delicious served this cake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Very tasty!
