Cooking
Neck of pork cut into pieces as for chops, 2-3 cm thick Garlic and peel the onion.
RUB meat with crushed garlic, paprika and pepper; coat with mixture of olive oil, pomegranate concentrate and soy sauce.

Pieces of meat to shift onions cut into large rings and leave to marinate for several hours in a cool place (at night).
Grill them with onion rings.
Serve with sauce made from pomegranate concentrate with the addition of soy sauce. Bon appetit!!!
