Ingredients

  • Chicken thigh

    6 piece

  • Honey

    0.25 cup

  • Mustard

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Lemon juice

Chicken legs rubbed with a mixture of crushed garlic and black pepper and let stand in refrigerator for at least a couple of hours. Half an hour before cooking to remove the meat from the fridge. From the chicken skin clean is not necessary, just my house eat it, so my version without the skins.
