Hot herring with croutons
A quick and very satisfying sandwiches.

Ingredients

  • Baton

    1 piece

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Fish fillets

    2 piece

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Yolk egg

    4 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Slice the loaf into slices and fry in butter.

Herring fillet cut into slices.

Yolks RUB with mustard, gradually adding vegetable oil.

Grease the bread slices with a mixture of mustard and egg yolks.

Lay out bread slices of herring, and bake the sandwiches in the oven for 5 minutes.
