Cooking

step-0
1. Dried to wash and pour boiling water. If you have a very solid dried, you should soak them in advance. I'm ready to take the boxes, they practically do not need soaking. Dried fruits you can take to your taste, my apricots and raisins. If the child likes the options sweeter, you can add dried figs or dates.
step-1
2. In a saucepan, boil water, drop a bag of millet to boiling water and cook on slow fire for 25 minutes. I cooked a few minutes less, I didn't need much boiled millet. By the way, the wheat bags for these chocolates is the perfect option, due to the fact that the excess fluid flows down and turns crisp cereal, rather than a liquid mess. When ready to remove millet from pan to drain excess fluid, open the bags and scatter the millet on a large flat surface (I sprinkled on a big flat plate for a couple of minutes) so that it is cooled.
step-2
3. While the millet cooks, prepare the other components. The poppy seeds to soak in hot water for 10 minutes to become softer. You can do without soaking, but I like this version soft Mac. After a time drain the poppy seeds through a strainer to drain excess water.
step-3
4. With dried fruit to drain the water and grind them with a blender or processor to a rough puree.
step-4
5. The nuts dry on a dry pan for a few minutes. Grind the nuts with a blender into crumbs. Chocolate RUB on a fine grater (you can substitute cocoa).
step-5
6. Mix the poppy seeds, millet, mashed dried fruit. If you want you can add a spoonful of honey, but it was enough sweetness from the raisins. Thoroughly knead the mass until smooth.
step-6
7. Roll up from the mass of small balls and roll part chocolate chip, part in nuts, some in coconut.
