Corn porridge pumpkin-Apple
Tasty and useful porridge. Instead of corn you can take rice, oatmeal or millet.


  • Corn grits

    0.5 cup

  • Pumpkin

    300 g

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Honey

  • Butter


Boil 1.5 cups of water with sugar (can be mixed with milk), add grits, stir and cook over low heat, covered, stirring occasionally, 15-20 minutes.
The pumpkin and peeled apples cut into cubes, at the bottom of the pan to pour a little water, to extinguish under a cover the pumpkin with apples until soft.
Then mash into a puree. Pumpkin-Apple puree to add to the mess, fill with honey and butter, mix, let stand 10 minutes.
