The bakeries with hazelnuts
The bakeries - a great holiday Spanish dessert based on chocolate and hazelnuts. Torrone in Spain make a lot and taste different because tourists love this treat. Today and I suggest you to try this yummy. This delicacy is cooked 20 minutes, with no time for cooling.

Ingredients

  • Chocolate milk

    200 g

  • Powdered sugar

    200 g

  • Egg white

    1 piece

  • Forest nuts

    250 g

Cooking

Each nut cut in half.

In a water bath to melt the chocolate.

Add the nuts and mix well.

Powdered sugar mixed with protein and add to the nuts.

Mix well.

Rectangular shape to cover with foil or film. Spread nut mixture well leveled. Once the mixture has cooled slightly, refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

Take out of fridge, cut into 12 pieces.
