Marshmallows

  • Corn syrup

    60 ml

  • Sugar

    170 g

  • Egg white

    2 piece

  • Gelatin

    1 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

    0.25 tsp

Cooking

Whip the egg whites until light peaks. Soak gelatine in 2 tbsp water. Connect the 60 ml of water, corn syrup and sugar in a saucepan with thermometer for candy.

Boil up to 110*C, remove from heat.

When the syrup is ready, add the gelatine and mix well.
