And so she wanted that she decided in that whatever was to experience it. She called his oldest, the wise and faithful servant and spoke about his desire. Cooking
Pour gelatin into a container and pour 45 ml of water, leave to swell for 10 minutes.
Cook the syrup. In a saucepan with a thick bottom, mix the honey, sugar and 45 ml of water. On slow fire cook for 7 minutes, until the sugar is dissolved and smooth. Melt the gelatin and pour in the syrup, stir well.
Leave the syrup for a few seconds, in the meantime, whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt in a cool foam. And, still whisking, add a teaspoon of syrup.
Prepare a form, in which you will make marshmallows, cover the form with parchment paper, mix the starch and powdered sugar and sprinkle with very good form. (Suggest to use some medium, solid shapes; more problematic to do it in the form of ice).
If you want you can add a few drops of dye and fragrance.
Pour the mixture into the mould and leave for a day at room temperature (you may need more time). Using a knife dusted with the starch, cut and take out of shape marshmallows on the bottom may remain wet, and that the candy may slightly stick to the knife, so I coat them in a mixture of starch + powder and again leave to dry for 5-6 hours.
The snow Queen tried these melt in your mouth, fluffy, and sweet snowflakes, and so it's nice and warm heart, rolled down his cheek a tear... Here it is - soft!!!
