Ingredients

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

Milk heat until warm, eggs it is better to take room temperature, measure out the flour and have to sift through. The yeast I use instant dry SAF-POINT - they are great "work", and the dough is well-suited.

Pour in the warmed milk, vegetable oil and whisk (or mixer on low speed) to make the dough, liquid in consistency and no lumps! About the oil: it is better to add just before baking and mix well.

This time I had to dilute by pouring about 100 ml of warm water, because flour gave too much gluten and the pancakes would not have been such thin.
