Prepare the dressing. In a bowl, which will be served salad, grate on a fine grater ginger root (I take the bar 2-3 cm in length), the same grater, remove the zest from quarter of lime. Add the lime juice, sesame oil (for flavor) and olive oil (in order to compensate for the acid), and salt instead of soy sauce. Stir thoroughly and be sure to taste for salt and acid. Prepare at the same time and some nice extras. Truncate Lista cilantro from the stems, will Nachinaem chili (removing the seeds), calcined in a pan the sesame seeds.
