Light and nutritious, surprised? With all light, not only in consumption but also in cooking. All the ingredients are available and often have in the fridge. This salad can be a dinner to eat without compunction. Bonus – super easy dressing! Help yourself!

Cooking
Purify the liver from films and...
... boil it for a couple. You can, of course, and boil or fry, but it will not be so "dieting".
Make an omelette. I did a couple... why? Cm. above.
Drain corn of excess fluid. Cut the liver and scrambled eggs (as you like). Put in a container, liver, eggs and corn. Optionally, the salad can also add mushrooms sterilized. Believe me, it's delicious.
Now prepare the dressing for our salad. Recently, very often put it into salads. It is easy and taste something far similar to mayonnaise. In a separate container, mix the yogurt, mustard, olive/vegetable oil, salt and pepper. If you have dry garlic, feel free to send it there too! Stir thoroughly. PS If the yogurt is too liquid, it is possible for a couple of hours "to weigh", then it will become thicker and, consequently, it will affect the consistency of refilling.
