Light salad with chicken breast and vegetables
This salad will appeal to those who are struggling with excess weight, but my husband also loved it. It is perfect for a light lunch or dinner full of protein and virtually non-greasy. You can also brush up on the holiday menu.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    200 g

  • Cabbage

    0.5 plug

  • Red sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Green peas

    4 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

Cooking

Breast, slice as you like.

Shred the cabbage.

Bulgarian pepper cut into strips.

Add the chopped herbs and green peas. Peas you can substitute canned corn.

Make a sauce of yogurt and mustard and salad.
