Continuation of the series "cooking in the steamer".

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    250 g

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Greens

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Water

Knead the dough (flour, egg, salt, water). The batter should be elastic. Let it infuse for 15 minutes.
