The curd is done very simply and quickly, but they can easily become your favorite Breakfast on Sunday morning :)

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    360 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Semolina

    4 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Soda

    0.25 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

step-0
Eggs stir with a whisk, mix with cottage cheese. Mix all together until creamy. About the cheese - I highly don't recommend taking out cottage cheese in plastic containers with grains because it will not make such a consistency (been there, done that), so take it in blocks - fat any, I had 5%.
step-1
Add sugar and vanilla sugar, stir. If you like it sweeter - add more. Can first mix the cheese with sugar, to taste, and then add everything else.
step-2
Here add semolina. Mix
step-3
Add flour. It may need slightly less/slightly more, all depends on the humidity of cottage cheese. The consistency should be thick. This also added a pinch of baking soda.
step-4
Add cubed apples. Advise to take 2 different varieties - sweet and sour, the taste will sparkle in a new way!
step-5
Stir. Consistency, as you can see, thick, spoon drains and falls.
step-6
Here is the dough coming out :)
step-7
Good heat the pan with vegetable oil, put a plate with napkins, which will add. Excess fat we don't need. Spread 1 tablespoon of the pastry into the pan.
step-8
On medium heat fry until it will turn brown. Time not pinpointing, but at 2 minutes they are fried for sure - just occasionally with a spatula lift and see how they were done. The first batch will take longer to roast, and then faster.
step-9
Ready to put the curd on a napkin and allow to drain excess fat.
step-10
Well that's all, the curd is ready! From these proportions goes somewhere 14 pieces. My family of 4 is enough for this. For the sweet tooth can be eaten with condensed milk or icing sugar, you can make the sauce out of Apple juice + powdered sugar. Also delicious with sour cream. Who he loves. Bon appetit!
