Description

Aromatic chicken from the steamer
Powerade, You just do not throw anything. But I again to You with a recipe for steamers. Although the steamer I have long (available in 2 PCs ), but to evaluate its usefulness fully happened just now. First- not so hot in the kitchen, secondly, cooking in a double boiler occupied less time. And thirdly, eating food useful steam and we still lose weight!!! (been reading about it on the Internet). So take a regular recipe and a bonus corn for a couple.

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    700 g

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

  • Oregano

    2 tsp

  • Coriander

    1 tsp

  • Fennel

  • Ginger

  • Allspice

  • Salt

Cooking

step-0
Cut chicken into serving pieces and pickle in spices - soy sauce, blend the peppers, 1 tsp oregano, coriander, salt. Leave for 30-40 minutes
step-1
In the Flavor Department Booster put the peeled ginger, allspice,1 tsp oregano and fennel seeds.
step-2
In the basket of a double boiler, to lay out the marinated pieces of meat. It is better to use two baskets that the pieces do not touch each other. Then each is impregnated with the aroma of herbs. Baskets interspersed with drip tray.
step-3
Put the mode "meat" for 30 minutes. At the end of cooking drip trays drain the liquid into a separate bowl. This is essentially the finished sauce for garnish. I made this "broth" 2 tbsp flour and boil a few minutes. Make a thick and flavorful sauce for the potatoes.
step-4
And now the bonus. It is time children's favorite treats-corn. So I decided to cook it in the steamer... :-[ :-[ :-[ Lazy the edge...:-) :-) ;-) In a pan put the leaves and hairs from the corn and add spices at your discretion (and without them). I put oregano, and nutmeg (a pinch).
step-5
In the basket put the corn on the cob, to shift leaves and sprinkle with salt.
step-6
To put in mode "potatoes" and set the time to 30 minutes.
step-7
Here's a Golden and fragrant corn turned out. BON APPETIT!!! :-* :-* :-* :-* :-*
