Cooking
Boiled beans, washed and loaded in the bowl of a food processor. Cauliflower disassembled on inflorescences, cut them in half, added in the bowl. Mushrooms cut into halves, sliced onion and garlic, put there too. In a bowl, poured oil, put pepper, herbs, salt, starch and all shredded.

Put the meatballs on the baking tray lined with parchment paper. Baked them 30 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven.
After baking the meatballs roasted in a pan with butter. On both sides for three minutes on medium heat.
On the table was served the meatballs with cauliflower and broccoli. The cabbage was cooked separately from each other in salted water for about 5 minutes. Burgers juicy and delicious. Garnish for the cutlets is not necessary. Everything is there. Ran the "Sweet chili sauce", the taste is sharp-sweet. Burgers are good during lent.
