Lenten vegetable burgers with mushrooms
Cutlets of white beans, cauliflower and mushrooms with rice.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    375 g

  • Cauliflower

Boiled beans, washed and loaded in the bowl of a food processor. Cauliflower disassembled on inflorescences, cut them in half, added in the bowl. Mushrooms cut into halves, sliced onion and garlic, put there too. In a bowl, poured oil, put pepper, herbs, salt, starch and all shredded.
