Description
I love mousse semolina!!! It was not in our childhood gelatin, not sell it. But sold some prefabricated mousse. I remember how mom used to make me this treat: a long, long time (mixers weren't) with a whisk to fluff it, and I breathlessly watched as he whitened, whitened and grew... and became a lush, airy, light... And it was magic... Then the mother carried it (the refrigerator-it was not there) to the attic, so he froze... And we walked in circles and waited and waited... when will they give us to taste this yummy! Oh, childhood! All magical! All extremely! All fabulous! And never, never then it won't happen again... maybe to try? To try to repeat the magic of childhood... Dare!

Apricots wash, cut into halves, remove seeds. Halves of apricots through a sieve - you will get a glass of apricot puree. The skin of the apricots put into a saucepan, cover with water and boil for 5 minutes. Drain.
The broth is put on fire, bring to boil, add semolina and on small fire boil for 20 minutes.
Add sugar, bring to boil and boil for a few minutes.
A lot of very good cooling.
Add the apricot puree. A couple of tablespoons to leave for decoration.
With a mixer beat the mass to increase its volume at least twice. The mixture should turn white and begin to thicken.
Pour the mass in molds or kremanku and put in the refrigerator until fully cured. Then decorate left the apricot puree.
