Chocolate mousse
Very tender, very tasty, very chocolate... For the contest "Gorenje: Christmas song".

Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Cherry

    1 handful

  • Walnuts

  • Salt

Cooking

Chocolate (not the whole tile, 1/4 of leave) to melt in a water bath.

Add the melted butter. Good to mix it with chocolate.

The egg to separate into yolk and white. The egg yolks add to chocolate mass. Mix well.

Protein with a pinch of salt into a creamy lather.

Add the sugar, continuing to mix. Until resistant foam.

Add the chocolate to the protein.

Gently to mix.

Massa put in a sundae dish alternating with a fully thawed cherries, chopped nuts and chocolate chips (from the remaining).

Garnish with a cherry and chocolate shavings. Leave in the refrigerator for 3 hours and then serve.
