As a child, my grandmother always prepared the "Snowballs" . It was so delicious... as it happens only in childhood... since this is my most favorite treat. Grandma is long gone, and I, sometimes, indulge yourself and your family with this unusual and delicious dessert...

Cooking
Proteins separated from the yolks. Chilled whites whisk with a small pinch of salt in a dense foam.
Milk bring to the boil. Take a tablespoon of the beaten egg whites and drop into the boiling milk 2-3 tablespoons. Turn with a slotted spoon. Proteins are brewed and increase in volume. Cook for 3 minutes.
Gently with a slotted spoon take out the snow and put in a deep plate.
RUB the yolks with sugar white. Then add the flour and cocoa. Pour (don't stop stirring) some hot milk. Pour the entire mixture into the boiling milk (which remained after cooking of protein) and cook for 3 minutes, while stirring intensively. Pour cream "snowballs". Sprinkle with grated chocolate and carefully cooled.
