Marshmallows with their hands
I often decorate cakes with fondant from marshmallows, but buying once is expensive out Here... found a recipe to make them at home, and for a long time use. I want to share with you.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    2 cup

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Gelatin

    25 g

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Syrup invert

    160 g

Gelatin to dissolve in half a glass of water and leave to swell for 15-30 min.

Then increase the speed and continue whisking for 15 minutes.

The mass becomes white and resembles marshmallow or very cool beaten egg whites.

Then I made the form with cling film and slightly greased Rast. oil no smell (otherwise then it is difficult to separate the marshmallows), put our mix and the top was also covered with foil, greased.
