Chicken Greek in paper bags
Can't imagine something more diet and is so delicious! This dish steamed a simple way and very fast, and it turns out extremely tasty, flavorful and even exquisite.


  • Chicken fillet

    500 g

  • Olives

    20 piece

  • Oregano

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Olive oil

    2 tsp

  • Lemon peel

    2 tsp

  • Spinach

    200 g

  • Cherry tomatoes

    16 piece

  • Feta

    100 g


In a glass or ceramic bowl mix the chicken, olives, oregano, garlic, oil and lemon zest. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to expand the flavors. During this time, you can thaw spinach if using frozen.
Spread the spinach (squeezed, if thawed), chicken mixture, tomatoes and cheese into four parts. Every place on a sheet of baking paper (4 sheets of 50 cm).
Wrap in a bag. I got this knotted thread.
Place the packages in the steamer, cover and cook for 20 minutes until the chicken is cooked.
Each bag, place on plate, serve immediately. Bon appetit!
