Description
Very tender, easy to prepare and unusual cake (I have berries, but variations are possible). Recipe from the Chef, but other proportions, the name from the same place. Prepared quickly and even forgot something important.... but the taste is not affected... but about it see below)

Cooking
Margarine (butter) to RUB on a grater, add the flour, soda, yolks, 40 grams of sugar and knead the dough
Divide the dough into 3 parts, one to mix the cocoa and put it in the refrigerator (I had a few hours)
Beat the whites with 80 grams of sugar and jelly. And here I am, what is called, I must have missed! Totally forgot about sugar!!! A meringue filled with whipped...and calms me only that sugar is bad in large quantities)))
Take the dough and start to fold the cake - grate the first part of the white dough, just crush with your hands and spread the jam. I have used these cute berries

Then spread the meringue and grate the second half of the white dough. I have test a lot there, so I had the top attached)
Bake at 180-200 deg. 30-40 minutes. How will the smell go! Bon appetit and do not repeat my mistakes (I today my daughter was hurt...I was in a hurry... in General, it happens) PS - sprinkle cake with powdered sugar and all the way through!
