Easy and spicy chicken soup with vegetables and wild garlic.

Cook the broth of any parts of the chicken, you can even of the bones, because a lot of meat in this easy soup, we do not need. The broth I made with the addition of dry roots /carrots, parsley, celery, parsnip, onion/. Chicken meat separated from the bones and chop. Strain the broth.

To prepare the soup, I used frozen vegetables.

Carrots, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, green peas, green and yellow beans.

Frozen vegetables put in boiling broth and cook for 5 - 10 minutes. Add meat. Egg stir with a fork and a thin stream pour in boiling soup, stirring constantly, that would be formed by a thin thread. No longer cooking.

Wild garlic wash, dry and finely chop.

The soup is ready. You can pour it on plates.

When serving, decorate the dish with chicken pieces and liberally season with garlic, which will give the soup a necessary sharpness and piquancy.
