Layered mini pies with cabbage
All fans of cabbage, lots of toppings and thin dough is dedicated to:)

Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 cup

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Cabbage

    1 pack

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Sesame

For making pies you will need: -flour-300 g eggs-6 PCs (1 in the dough,4 toppings,1 for lubrication) -vegetable oil-1/2 Cup water-1/2 Cup -salt-pinch -sugar 1/2 tbsp -baking powder for test 1 tsp, cabbage-1 small cabbage -green onions-1 bunch -dill-1 bunch -sesame

Cabbage to chop and extinguish to readiness. Cool.

Mix all dry ingredients:flour, baking powder, a pinch of salt,1/2 tbsp sugar.

In a separate bowl mix the liquid ingredients:egg, vegetable oil, water.

Liquid ingredients and whisk.

Slowly add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients. Knead elastic dough. If the dough seems watery, add flour. Cover with cling film and put into the refrigerator for 1 hour.

The eggs boil hard boiled, cooled, cut into cubes.

Chop the green onions.

Finely chop the dill.

For braised cabbage, add the eggs, onion, dill, salt, mix well.

Divide the dough into 3 parts. Each piece out thinly.

On the edge of each piece to spread the filling.

The blunt side of a knife to press on a roll, mapping out territory for future pies.

Gently tighten each scheduled piece as if You wrapped the candy in the wrapper. And thus separate from each other future cakes.

Put the patties on a baking sheet, grease with top of a raw egg. Optionally, sprinkle top with sesame seeds. Sent to be baked at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
