Sorrel soup with yogurt
Recipe learned from my grandmother's neighbor, which is 83 years. Now this sour soup, aderisci a lot of vitamins and amino acids, is one of the most beloved.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

  • Onion

  • Sorrel

  • Chicken egg

  • Greens

  • Yogurt

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Bay leaf

Meat wash, remove the foil and cut into small pieces. Cover with cold water (2.5 liters) and put on fire, boil for 30 minutes.
