Vegetable soup with pork
Nutritious soup with pork and vegetables. In winter you can use homemade or purchased frozen and in season fresh vegetables can be a choice.

Ingredients

  • Pork

  • Potatoes

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Vegetables

    500 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Water

    3 l

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Allspice

    3 piece

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

Boil the broth of pork ribs for about 2 hours. Do not forget to remove the foam! Ready to put the ribs with a slotted spoon into a bowl. Potatoes, diced, put in boiling broth and cook for 10-15 min.

Carrots cut into slices, onion - diced.

Fry the onion in butter until Golden brown, add the carrots and keep on medium heat for 5-10 min.

Add to the pan frozen vegetables and stew on low heat for 15 mins stirring occasionally to evenly they melted.

Ribs cut and spread in a pan, add zazharku from the pan, bring to boil and cook until potatoes are done.

Fire off and let stand with the lid closed, 20 min., what would the soup "rest". When serving sprinkle with herbs and onion.
