Love lazy cabbage rolls. We can say that this is a family dish, time-tested. This time I made a light version of chicken and eggs.

Cooking
Boil half Cup rice Italica TM Mistral.
Onions finely chop and saute in vegetable oil until soft.
Quarter the cabbage head (small forks) grind processor.
Boiled rice to discard in a sieve and rinse.
In a large bowl mix minced chicken breast, boiled rice, stewed onions, shredded cabbage one egg. Salt, sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.
Hands to moisten with cold water and make the cabbage rolls. Lay them in a baking dish, pour a little water on the bottom. Put in a preheated oven at medium heat for 30-40 minutes.
