Vegetable terrine with ham
Offer a recipe terrine with vegetables and ham which turns out very tasty, light, delicate and juicy. This dish suitable for a home meal, as snacks and for a picnic, as a light snack.

Ingredients

  • Pepper

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Green peas

  • Soy sauce

    30 ml

  • Ham

    200 g

  • Yogurt

    200 ml

  • Flour

    90 g

  • Sugar

    0.25 tsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Chicken egg

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Bulgarian pepper to wash, remove seeds and cut into cubes. Pour soy sauce, stir and leave for 30 minutes to soak.

Tomatoes wash, cut in half, pour soy sauce on each half and leave for 30 minutes to soak.

Green peas (frozen), rinsed under cold water, pour soy sauce, stir and leave for 30 minutes to soak.

To prepare the filler dough. To do this, mix yogurt, egg, sugar, salt, olive oil, then add the sifted flour. Mix well, dough should get as thick sour cream.
