Fish cakes
Delicious vegetable cutlets made with river fish, baked in the oven!

Ingredients

  • Minced fish

    600 g

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Bread crumbs

  • Salt

  • Spices

Boil potatoes until tender and mash thoroughly. Onions finely chop, carrots to RUB on a small grater. Saute the vegetables under a lid with 1 tbsp oil and a small amount of water or sauté the vegetables until tender.

Fish stuffing, add well-cooled (!) potatoes and onions with carrots. Fish stuffing in any case you cannot add the warm ingredients, because it spoils the taste. Mix well, add salt and season to taste. To beat the stuffing so that the ingredients are well combined.
