Porridge dessert of couscous
Delicious and flavorful porridge, you can serve a dessert and you can eat just like that - very tasty and flavorful, the couscous is fine to be friends with those ingredients that is in the pot and absorbed their flavors! Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Couscous

    0.333 cup

  • Dried fruits

    1 handful

  • Chocolate milk

    100 g

  • Walnuts

    1 handful

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Salt

Cooking

For cooking cereals use cereals wheat couscous from the Mistral.

1/3 Cup couscous pour boiling water in the ratio 1:2, leave to swell under the lid.

Prepared couscous mix with a fork and a little salt.

Dried fruits taken according to your taste (I have prunes, dried apricots, dried cherries and raisins) wash and dry (if necessary to dissolve). Walnuts and dried fruits grind.

Butter and honey to heat on low fire.

Add the prepared dried fruit and nuts, mix well and heat (you can optionally add a few tablespoons of brandy). Fully cooling.

For making molds chocolate melt in a water bath and grease silicone molds with chocolate, send in a cooler until firm. The release of the finished molds.

Fill the chilled molds prepared chilled porridge with dried fruit, pour on top of chocolate, put it in the refrigerator until fully cured, decorate according to your taste.
