Pumpkin porridge
My version of this dish. Very tender and tasty porridge. Sweet and cheerful. Do often quickly eaten.


  • Pumpkin

    400 g

  • Milk

    1.5 l

  • Millet

    3 cup

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Salt

  • Sugar

  • Cinnamon

  • Powdered sugar

  • Dried fruits


Boil the milk, adding salt and sugar.
Pumpkin peel and cut into small cubes.
Throw a pumpkin into the milk and boil before sex preparedness. Fill the millet and cook until almost cooked.
Remove from the heat, add the butter, can be a little milk (if needed), put in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. She will turn out rosy and more fragrant. Spread the cereal in a bowl and start adding the Goodies – everything you want darling: raisins, dried apricots, powdered sugar, pour cream butter and eat!)))
