It was the delight I experienced when I tried this cookie. And orange because of the pumpkin and the color is amazing. Not even fans of the pumpkin is a cookie like it, because it is not felt, and the coconut gives a divine taste and aroma. Worth a try definitely!

Cooking
The pumpkin clean, cut into pieces and boil.
Grind in a blender into a puree.
Add the softened butter
then coconut
sugar,vanilla sugar and eggs.
Mix well. Got this beautiful mass.
Next, sift the flour, mix with baking powder and add to the orange mass.
Knead well, got such a vivid dough.
Form small balls and place on a baking tray lined with parchment.
Bake in the oven at 180gr.for about 15 minutes.
To throw the cookies with melted chocolate.
