Cooking
So, first prepare the eggplant. Have done the Shoe (or slipper). To do this, cut the top like in my photo. You can do two types. In the form of flops and a "zalieckas"
Then take out the pulp. Throughout the length of the "shoes" and even "socks". After "the sock" making shallow cuts on the diagonal. Unfortunately, the photo is not very well seen (but below you will see) Prepared to put eggplant in salted water for 30 minutes to left bitterness.
Now our "shoes" ("Slippers") stuff. Mince any, according to your desire (vegetable, mushroom, meat, or any... mixed). I have one pair of was stuffed with chopped cubes of tomato. And the second with minced meat (left from making dumplings). Don't forget about salt and pepper, you can use any spices. Sprinkle each stuffed eggplant with cheese.
Bake in the oven at t 180 degrees. until done, about 30 minutes. Maybe someone this time will be more. And the most important thing! will not overdo the eggplant, otherwise they will become VERY soft and will lose shape. That actually happened to me. No, they don't burn, the taste is not affected... just become soft.
Ready eggplants to cool down a bit and eat. Although cold is good too.
Here in the photo is just visible diagonal cuts.
