Cooking

step-0
Let's start with cooking the filling. I use small white beans "Blanche" from TM "Mistral". Pre-boiled one package of beans by following the recommendations on the pack. Soaked for 4 h, and then boiled until tender about 1.5 hours In a boiled it is perfectly stored in the refrigerator. Thus, it is convenient to use during the week for several meals!
step-1
Cheese and sausage cut into small cubes. Greens and olives - finely chop.
step-2
Mix all components of the filling, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
step-3
Now take the dough. Eggs, mayonnaise and sour cream - whisk. I do not advise to neglect the mayonnaise, because without it, the dough will be more dense and "heavy".
step-4
Add sifted flour mixed with soda and knead the dough. It should be sticky. The consistency is like thick honey.
step-5
Add the filling to the dough and mix until smooth.
step-6
The poles are preparing this cake in a rectangular shape. I took the loaf pan (11х21 cm). Grease it with vegetable oil and sprinkle flour. Put the resulting mass into the form. It was almost full. Therefore, if there is, the best form to take more, because my version was baked for a long time.
step-7
Bake 40-50 minutes in preheated to 180 degrees oven. My high pie baked for about 60 minutes Readiness check with a wooden skewer to the bottom of the pie. Orientirueshsya for the selected shape and your oven. Our "Polish meat pie" - ready!
