Summer salad
Light salad with mussels.

Ingredients

  • Greens

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Mussels

    300 g

  • Chives

  • Green olives

Cooking

Tear the greens with your hands ( can be cut) – spread on a dish.

Spread on top thinly sliced rings of onion,

then the cucumbers thinly sliced,

the Bulgarian pepper - thin strips,

tomatoes,

mussels and boiled for 3 minutes with spices ( salt, pepper, sweet peas, Bay leaf).

Decorate with mesh green onion shnitov bonded olives. Refill optional – mayonnaise or sauce 1 tbsp of mustard + 2 tbsp soy sauce + 1 tbsp vinegar + vegetable or olive oil. Decoration saw our boy xsenia - hope Natasha will bear with me.
