Cream soup with prunes wrapped in bacon
After walking through the November chill warm up delicate cream soup with prunes in the frame of crispy bacon. The idea saw in a culinary magazine for 2013.

Ingredients

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    500 g

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Broth

    800 ml

  • Bacon

    5 slice

  • Prunes

    10 piece

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Greens

Cream soup is prepared pretty quickly, if the fridge is already prepared broth. Potatoes, onions and carrots wash, peel and cut into large chunks.

In a pan heat a tablespoon of vegetable oil and fry the onion for two minutes. Next, you will add rest of the vegetables, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste and add the sugar. A few minutes to sauté the vegetable mix. Then put everything in a pot and Sadam broth. Cook on low heat, covered for 25-30 minutes.

And while prunes wash, dry. Bacon cut in half in length.

Wrap each berry prunes in a strip of bacon.

Vegetables with the addition of mayonnaise Maheev and a small amount of hot broth chop in a blender, puree. Pour the cream and bring the soup to a boil. Taste and add more salt and pepper.

Prunes in bacon fry in pan adding a tablespoon of vegetable oil, until Golden brown bacon.

On wooden skewers strung prunes.

Cream soup is poured into plates, sprinkle with herbs and served with prunes in bacon on skewers.
