Cooking
Cooking time for 4 days. In the description of the recipe I wrote the cooking time BEFORE you remove the yolks in the refrigerator, where they will valitse until tender. Take 200 g of salt and 200 grams of sugar. Mix. Divide in half.
In a pan pour half of the mixture (sugar+salt).
Make indentations in the mixture. Carefully separate the yolks from the whites (or take the yolks left over from previous cooking)
Place a yolk in each indentation.
Sprinkle on top with half of the seats (sugar+salt)
Pour all the egg yolks. Close the lid and leave in the fridge for 4 days!
After 4 days the mixture becomes slightly damp. Take out the tray.
Carefully remove the yolks. Rinse with salt+sugar.
Turned out beautiful yolks, amber!
The yolks are ready, but that they rubbed on a grater (or cut thinly with a knife), they can be put in the oven and hold for 30-40 minutes on very low temperature.
