Cooking
In warm water add the soy sauce, the sugar, yeast and 50 g sifted flour. Leave to come for 10-15 minutes.
Onion cut into cubes and fry in a small amount of vegetable oil.
In approaching the dough add salt, sifted two kinds of flour. Flour may need less or more. Knead the dough until it starts to lag behind the hands. Add fried onions.
Roll the dough into a ball and leave to go for an hour and a half.
The dough came, increased in volume.
The dough is again kneaded thoroughly. Shape the loaf, make the incisions and leave to proof for 10-15 minutes.
Put in a preheated 180 degrees oven for 30-35 minutes. Bun in the oven is greatly increased in volume. The aroma during baking is to die for!
