Ingredients

  • Cheese

    120 g

  • Adyghe cheese

    30 g

  • Flour

    450 g

  • Yogurt

    500 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

Marble cheese and Suluguni cheese to grate on a coarse grater.

Sift flour, add salt, soda and baking powder and mix well.

In a bowl pour the yogurt, add eggs and vegetable oil. Whisk to mix well (1-2 minutes) until smooth. Whip is not necessary!

In 3-4 hours for the liquid ingredients, add the dry mixture, stirring well each time the dough with a spatula. The dough should be as pancakes: thick, viscous.

Add two kinds of cheese and again mix well dough.

Two rectangular shaped cake pan, I took one metal, second silicone. Forms size 20 x 10 x 6 cm Metal grease with vegetable oil and sprinkle with flour, not silicone grease. Spread the dough.

Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 60 - 65 min. Guided by your oven! ATTENTION: do not use one big form, cake will not be baked!!! Can be baked in a special cake tin with a tube in the middle, then you have to bake the cake for 1 hour and 20 min - 1 hour 30 minutes allow to cool a little muffins in the forms, and then take out and let cool completely.
