Cooking
The dish is prepared pretty quickly, so you need to prepare/cut before turning on the stove. Dried tomatoes cut into pieces, pour 300 ml of boiling water.
Onion, garlic, peel and cut into cubes. Zucchini wash, cut off the butt, cut into small cubes.
The Turkey breast/chicken cut into pieces. Heat the oil and over high heat brown the meat
...on all sides - about 5 minutes. Reduce the fire to medium.
Put the meat onion, garlic, zucchini, thyme, fry all together 2-3 minutes.
Add the tomato, stir fry for another couple of minutes,
add drenched with boiling water the tomatoes with their liquid, stir. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste (do not forget that dried tomatoes are already salty!) Bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes.
Then add sour cream and stir.
In a small amount of water diluted with starch (or flour, or the special light thickener sauce), pour into the pan and, stirring, bring to a thick sauce. Turn off the stove. Goulash is ready!
Simultaneously in another saucepan in salted water boil pasta(tagliatelle, spaghetti, macaroni, and so forth). Drain off the water. Dried. Spread on a plate, top with goulash. Bon appetit!
Amazingly, the breast turns out juicy and soft and the vegetables do not have time to turn into a mess. As a garnish it is possible to offer not only pasta, but also rice, buckwheat, millet...
