Cooking
Hercules fry in a dry pan until Golden brown and nutty aroma.
Distribute sauteed Hercules in portions.
On top of Hercules spread 2 tablespoons sour milk thermostatic
Apples and plums, wash, cut into cubes.
Fry in a pan with cinnamon and a tablespoon of sugar, then spread on top of sour milk. You can bring to the table. Hercules will be in the cereal with the rich nutty taste reminiscent of muesli. If you leave the porridge for 2-3 hours, the Hercules swell and become soft. Personally, I prefer to eat while Hercules crispy. A matter of taste.
