Corn porridge with Apple
Rich, Golden and very fragrant porridge of maize grain with an Apple and a pear. Porridge cooked in a pot.

Ingredients

  • Corn grits

    0.5 cup

  • Brown sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Milk

    1.5 cup

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Pear

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

    15 g

Cooking

Milk to combine with the brown sugar and bring to a boil.

Corn grits, rinse with water and pour in the warm milk. Porridge cook until thick on a slow fire.

Apple and pear peel and cut into cubes.

In porridge add the egg and stir.

Add the butter. Mix well.

Add the Apple and pear. Mix well.

The resulting mass is put in the pot. Cover with a lid. Put in a warm oven. Baked porridge at 180 degrees for 30-45 minutes. It is served hot with a glass of milk. Bon appetit!
