A brownie for a couple

Ingredients

Chicken egg

Sugar

Chocolate milk

100 g
Flour

120 g
Cocoa powder

1 Tbsp
Leavening agent

1 tsp
Butter

Cooking

Butter and chocolate melt on a slow fire or water bath

Egg whisk with sugar until it is completely dissolved

Pour chocolate-butter mixture into the egg incessantly beat with a mixer.

Add the sifted flour with the cocoa powder and baking powder. Mix well and get the dough here is such consistency.

I take the paper forms, put them in silicone, fill 2/3 of the dough and put in the steamer. Of this amount, I get 8 stuff brownie. Run the steamer for 30 minutes
