This is our stuffing. I have beef+pork, 50/50. Tasty work, if only ground pork. Only beef would be dry.
Add egg. Knead well minced.
Onions finely cut. If you don't like onion, just skip this step.
Add the onion, good salt, pepper, add grated nutmeg, I added herbes de Provence.
