Appetizer "Vegetable traffic light"

I wanted to make a snack that is similar to the traffic light. Midnight could not sleep ; -) all tossed from side to side... And all this for the competition "Vegetable traffic light"!

Ingredients

Eggplant

1 piece
Pepper

0.333 piece
Garlic

2 tooth
Vegetable oil
Salt

So... take the eggplant, wash it and cut in but not through. I apologize for the fact that I have cut a piece of eggplant, two remaining in the store took the best ;-). In a cut pour a little vegetable oil and sprinkle with salt.

Now take the bell pepper of our primary colors - red, green, yellow. The first thing I did here are the circles, and everything else cut rectangles.

With cloves of garlic cut off the top and dipped them in vegetable oil. Now on a baking tray lay baking paper and put it on all our vegetables, except the slices of pepper. Sent all this in a pre heated oven, bake until the vegetables are soft. I it took 40 minutes. Pepper I got in about 30 minutes.

Waiting to cool down our vegetables. Once this has happened, take the eggplant and with a teaspoon stir the flesh inside the eggplant. You only need to do this gently, without damaging the rind. Now take the garlic and clean it, put it in eggplant.

Also put in the eggplant pepper. And all this stir.

After all of our veggies on the spot, give our eggplant original appearance, we take our slices of pepper and insert them in the slit in order at a traffic light. Phew... wrote in my longer than prepared ;-)
