The recipe my author, of what was at hand for my taste. The idea of forming long candy was discovered in the Internet and just remembered the idea, and the filling can be completely different, depending on your taste and availability of ingredients. In my opinion, the process is not complicated, and, if you want to surprise your loved ones, have a bit of "magic" in the kitchen. And you can wrap it in a pretty bag, tie a beautiful bow and give as a Christmas mini-gift-surprise. Help yourself!!!

Cooking
Mix the egg yolks with 1.5 tablespoons of sugar, add a spoonful of flour, again carefully mix. Pour milk, stir and put on the gas. While stirring bring mixture to a boil. Turn off the gas and add 20 grams of butter. Leave the cream to cool.
Biscuits in a blender grind into crumbs. I had my honey biscuits, the remnants. Add to the cream, there also add ground peanuts. Stir.
In a pan pour 2 spoons of sugar, add the sunflower seeds. Stirring constantly, caramelize the seeds. Remove from heat and spread on parchment, pre-greased with vegetable oil, to cool down.
In blender, grind sunflower seeds and candy are sent to the filling. Stir. Place them aside.
In a water bath to melt the chocolate. From baking paper to roll the bags in the form of a cone. Melted chocolate poured into the bag, obmazyvat well wall, turn and give the excess chocolate to drain. This process was the most difficult in the cooking process, but it's doable :). Put the cone on the foil until complete solidification of the chocolate. I to expedite the process, put cones in the freezer, the chocolate instantly froze.
Spread the filling in a pastry bag and stuff the cones. Sent the candy for 15 minutes in the refrigerator. For convenience, I used the stand from the wooden spoons.
I was filling more than I wanted to make chocolates to sample, so bonus decided to sculpt more and cakes. Using molds in the form of heart shaped cakes, I have had exactly 3 things.
I covered cakes coconut on all sides and decorated with colored sugar for elegance. Send cake in the refrigerator at least 30 minutes. After a time taste.
