Description
The cake is a simple cake for the occasion! My daughter Katyusha's Birthday today. It's a tradition that every year I bake a cake about it - all the flavors and combinations - it's all about her. This year it is elegant and very lightweight, velvety dark chocolate, sour kiwi and sweet peach, with airy meringue and a tender, butter-based cake. And all this about her! Sweetie, live happily, love and be loved, go to new heights and conquer them, don't forget about your health, raise your kids, as you know very well, take good care of my husband - he's cool! One word - LIVE!!! And chefs are invited for a Cup of tea or coffee with a slice of birthday cake! Cake quick and easy to prepare!!!

Cooking
Note the units of flour!!! Sift the flour, baking powder and cocoa powder.
Separately, thoroughly beat the butter with sugar.
Still whisking, add to the butter mix one egg yolk, mixing well after each addition.
Then add alternately the milk and flour in two parts - part milk - part of the flour, the remaining milk, the remaining flour and quickly mix well.
On a baking tray lay parchment and grease it with oil - I baked on a silicone Mat. Put the dough and flatten. I got a 39 cm by 30 cm.
Whites beat well and gradually adding the sugar, beat until thick shiny mass.
Spread an even layer over the dough.
Oven preheated at 170. Bake for 20 minutes - it took me 30 minutes at 175 - be guided by your oven!
Cool and cut into 2 equal parts.
Whip the cream, adding the powdered sugar.
Enter cream in chocolate chips and mix gently.
Spread cream on one of the baked layer and spread it
Kiwi clean and cut into small pieces. Peaches, drain and cut into pieces a little more.
Spread the fruit over the cream and cover with another layer - a layer of meringue at the top.
Melt the chocolate and decorate the top. Enjoy your tea!
