Cake cake with caramelized apples
A delicious cake made of slices of cake, which does not take a lot of effort, but can perfectly decorate the holiday table. Easter has passed, but this recipe can still be tested. Find, if the cakes have started to grow stale.

Ingredients

  • Brown sugar

  • Powdered sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Dark chocolate

    75 g

  • Butter

Apples clean from the skin and seeds, finely chop, fry on medium heat in the butter with the sugar for 10-15 minutes. The apples should not turn into a mess, but should be soft.

It is better to use brown sugar TM "Mistral", it is perfectly suited to caramelize and mask.

Cake cut into cubes slightly larger than apples.

Cold cream beat with powdered sugar until stiff peaks, but do not overdo it, otherwise the cream may turn into butter.

A little form (I have a diameter of about 20 cm) to cover with cling film, mix the cake with apples, carefully enter whipped cream. The mixture was well compacted in the form, I did it with tolkushkoy. And put in the fridge overnight.

In the morning the cake out of the dish. We will see how it holds its shape.

Now for the frosting. 75 ml heavy cream bring to a boil, remove from heat, add 75 g of chocolate, to wait exactly 1 minute, stir. Ready, you can cover the cake. Sorry for the photo, the glaze is so shiny that in no way suggests the trick, and it was necessary to act quickly.
